Which bag style?

In order to help you decided which reusable bag style to go for we have organised our reusable bags into three sections:

- basic reusable bags

- compact reusable bags 

- heavy duty reusable bags. 

Basic bags are often used for promotional bags at a conference or exhibition or for a competition.  They are also perfect as a give away or to be sold at cost to market your business. 

Compact bags have a similar function but they are specially designed to fold away into a small package which increases their re use potential considerably. 

Heavy duty bags are more specialised, designed for recycling, carrying bottles or for doing supermarket shopping. 

So take a little time to consider what the bags will be used for, who will use them, what is the re use potential and whether or not you will be selling them.  If you need any advice we will be happy to help.

 

Fabric colours and weight

We can produce bags in non woven fabric, recycled PET, cotton, jute, juco, polyester and ripstop nylon and we have a wide range of fabric colours available. The minimum order quantity for each of the fabric types are detailed below.

* Non woven fabric    1000 bags

* Polyester              5000 bags

* Ripstop nylon        5000 bags

We can Pantone match for all the fabrics we offer, although please note for non -woven fabric there is a minimum order of 10,000 bags.

For the non-woven, polyester and cotton materials there are various fabric weights. Most of our non woven bags are made from 80gm fabric, although 100gm fabric is more suitable for heavy duty bags. The cotton fabric weight starts at 5oz which is a light weight cotton and goes up to 16oz which is more like canvas. Our polyester fabric weight ranges from 190 denier to 600 denier.

Printing

We offer a full printing service for your bags. You can choose from screen printing for 1 - 6 colours, full colour heat transfer, or metallic prints (gold, silver and bronze).

Artwork

Your artwork can be supplied in JPG, PDF, TIFF, EPS or PSD format, although JPG and PDF formats are the most convenient for us. Please submit the artwork sized adequately for the bag dimensions, with size and position stated. (For example, logo to be 22cm wide, centred on the front of the bag, 10cm from hem). Although we do not make a charge for print set up there is a minimum charge of £150 if you require changes after the pre-production sample has been ordered. So please think carefully about your artwork before sending it to us.
If you need some assistance to get your artwork print-ready, we have a lovely graphic designer who is always happy to help. Our design service is charged at £25 per hour.

Samples

We are happy to send you a sample of the bags you are interested in. We just ask that they be returned within 14 days. Alternatively, if you would like to organise a customised sample, before placing your order, the cost is a minimum of £30 depending on your requirements. If you go ahead with the order, the sample cost will be deducted from the total order price. A customised sample takes between 2-3 weeks.

Turnaround time

Please allow approx 8-10 weeks for your bags to arrive. For orders over 10,000 bags, please allow 10-12 weeks. The bags are made off shore and adequate production, shipping and customs clearance time needs to be allowed. In the lead up to Christmas, you will need to allow an extra 2 weeks.
If you need your bags super quick, please let us know. We can have your bags air freighted at an additional cost.

Delivery

Delivery is charged at cost and will vary according to the quantity and type of bags ordered and the delivery area. We include the price of delivery in our quotation.

Payment terms

A deposit of 60% is required to proceed with an order. The 40% balance is due on delivery of your bags. For express orders payment is required in full at the time of ordering.
